从语法的角度,do 是助动词不能独立做谓语(而be动词可以),如果想用do,可修改句子为：Do you still be at home

Are you still in your hometown?

Do you still live in your hometown.
老家，不能仅仅用home
还在，最好用live来说明。
do you still at home 这句话本身又错，没有谓语。　

应该是are you still at home 可以把句子还原成陈述句： you are still at home 不存在you do still at home 这样的说法

理由：如果是第一人称的陈述语气就是：I‘m still at home
这个问句是对上一句的提问，就把be动词提前，I改成you 【are you still at home】
