last有完成时,
所以用has lasted ,意思是:大雨已经持续两个小时了.!
PS:瞬间性动词才不能和一段时间连用
(如,buy,come,leave ,die等),
但last不是瞬间性动词,所以可以和一段时间连用!

a是has lasted吧。for+时间是完成时的标志。
我觉得应该选B.

就是因为for two hours才选了has lasted
