在金融危机中,电子商务对中小企业生存起到了很大的帮助,但传统的EDI模式高昂的成本令不少企业望而却步.本文在ebXML体系结构应用的基础上,提出基于ebXML 技术建构电子商务模型,并分析了新兴的ebXML相对传统的EDI模式的优势,建立和描述一个商业流程及其相关信息模型的标准机制,一个用来注册和存储商业流程和信息元模型以便于它们可以共享和重复使用的机制.

In the financial crisis,e-commerce played a very important role in the survival of small and medium enterprises .However,the high cost of the traditional EDI mode prohibited many enterprises to enter into e-commerce.
On the basis of the ebXML architecture applications,this paper proposed a business model conctructed based on the ebXML technique,and analysed the advantages of the emerging ebXML technique relatively to the traditional EDI mode,and it also described the construction of a standard mechanism for a business process and its associated information model :a mechanism that can be used to register and storage business processes and information meta-model so that they could be shared and reused.

Electronic business helps a a lot in SMEs' survival during financial crisis. However, quite a few enterprises flinched in front of the high costs of traditional EDI model. In view of the applications of ebXML architecture, this thesis suggests to construct a electronic business model which is based on ebXML technology. Meanwhile, the thesis analyses the comparative advantages of the emerging ebXML model over the conventional EDI model, creates and describes a commercial process and the standard mechanisms of related information model, as well as a mechanism which aims at integrating the information about registration and storage of commercial process and information metamodel for the sake of share and reuse.
