Recently,scientists who research in the world top institute announced that they find a new substance.This new substance is very dangerous.According to a very famous chemist speaking,This substance is made from hydrogen and oxygen.In Chemistry,hydrogen is short of H,Oxygen is short of O.
So,what have this substance done?The scientists give us a incomplete statistics.Millions of people are killed by it each year.It cause many disaster such as flood and rainstorm.But the reason is uncertain.In strange,some countrys usually quarrel for its droit of use(使用权）,even 发生战争.
