I don't know about in China.But in N America,it depends on if you are introduced formally in a welcome meeting or just in passing.
Most common situation is just introducing when passing another employee or in a informal company meeting.You can say hello,I am excited to work in here.Thank you in advance for all your help.Just simple stuff like that.
If in a formal welcome party,that means you are an employee with some weight.The person who is going to introduce you should include a bit of summary of your career with your approval.Then you should play humble and thank the people in advance for their co-operation to make this company better.Something like that.
Either way,you should play the 'team' angle.
