Live Life on Purpose
Finding your purpose in life has a certain similarity to discovering the theme of a movie.If you deliberately chronicle the past years of your life into a full length motion picture,and you can find an accurate,intended goal projected by your determination,then congratulations,you are living your life on purpose.Nevertheless,if you cannot,you are with the majority of humans on this planet.This world lacks no people without an aim in their lives,and it is no surprise that you are one of them.The fortunate thing about this discovery is that this is a problem you could fix.
In your teenage years,an inherited purpose marks your initial life goal at the background of your awareness.Your determination surrounds and lands in an area of interest you readily accept to become your life goal for the next sixty years.However,unfortunately,as time passes,more conditions increase the weight of your decision.Your social-economic status,family background,religious belief,and personal preference all deliver different messages to your mind,telling you to abandon your inherited purpose and forcefully make you take on a new one,which becomes your acquired purpose.
Living life on purpose does not simply urge one to follow your inherited purpose and overcome all obstacles for ultimate fulfillment.Correspondingly,it also does not mean succumbing to the surrounding factors just because they exist.The crucial thing about finding your purpose in life is to find a comfortable point of balance between your inherited purpose and your acquired purpose.
For example,when you were young,you might have dreamed to become a veterinarian because your pet dog was saved by one.Then,as you grow up,you slowly realize that you do not have the required educational background or sufficient budget for the tertiary education fees.In desperation,you abandon your inherited purpose of becoming a veterinarian,and surrendering to your social conditions,takes on the purpose of becoming a regular salesman.These are extremes considering the variance in your two purposes.The solution to this problem might be building on your acquired purpose,accumulating your income,so that you could fulfill your inherited purpose,and pay for the education fees for becoming a veterinarian.
Perhaps not every person lives life on purpose,but if you do,the one thing you know is that you are very fortunate indeed,and you will live life a lot happier than you presume other people to be.If you live life on purpose,from the very beginning,you have an accurate direction decided for your path.This immediately causes the worst obstacles – your confusion in life – to vanish.Live life on purpose; live life with true happiness.
